Riva Building Limited was founded by Maciej and Bartosz Szymczuk, who together bring over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. What started as a family business was a natural response to the growing demand from our clients — many of whom, over time, have become long-term partners. Today, we proudly deliver projects across the UK, while also having successfully completed a large-scale international project in Jamaica.

Our approach sets us apart. Every stage of the construction process — and often the design phase as well — is carried out under our direct supervision. We remain personally involved throughout, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision, care, and a clear focus on achieving the desired outcome. We understand that projects evolve. Thanks to our flexibility and experience, we adapt to changes and client expectations as they arise. We support every stage by presenting practical solutions, offering alternative approaches, and guiding decisions — always balancing creativity with solid construction principles.

Our goal is simple: to transform spaces into exceptional places to live, where our clients feel that we have created something truly special together. Ten years ago, Aleksandra joined our team — an experienced construction engineer with a strong background in large-scale developments. Her expertise further strengthens our technical capabilities and project delivery.

On a personal level, Maciej and Bartosz are passionate about sport. Their strong work ethic, discipline, and organisation are deeply influenced by their dedication to judo — both holding black belts in this traditional Japanese martial art. The values of commitment, respect, precision, and integrity are at the core of everything we do.
