I write this letter on behalf of my company, Medina Capital to confirm that Bartosz Szymczuk of Riva Building has been employed on several occasions to carry out both small and large construction projects on our behalf on a design and build construction package basis.

Most recently Riva carried out works on a three-storey mews development in Pimlico SW1 which we acquired in total shell condition towards the end of 2019. The project had an extremely tight schedule and works continued through the Covid lockdown period. Riva’s work was exceptional considering they worked without a design package and on an ever- evolving project that was effectively converting a commercial property into residential. The project was delivered exactly on time.
